Currently the 5.0 coupon is getting a boost and trading at 101-00 which is 1 tick down on the day but well off the lows of 100-23.  If your lender priced early, they may consider a reprice but we would have to hold these levels for some time before they passed along the gains.  With the gains, we feel floating for now is the best call, but check back and we will keep you updated.
