After Skyrocketing, we've settled into a range with the following value's

4.0's 100-12

4.5's 101-19

5.0's 102-04

Against a historical backdrop, we are not quite as high on the 5.0's as we've been, and in fact have yet more room to improve.  The general consensus within the trading range of the last few minutes is "up."
