Initial reaction is negative in the bond market, HOWEVER, the results are not as bad as the 10yr has demonstrated in the first few seconds. 10yr futures have just barely cracked their 10AM lows... Still, the FN 4.5 is at the lows of the day and some lenders will be repricing for the worse, mmmm, about...... now.
Waiting for 10 yr to bounce at 3.75....
