The improvements lasted all day and even into closing.  We gained almost a full point today and lenders definitely have not given us that much yet.  So hold out for tomorrow morning.  Even if data is bad, rates should hold the same.  It's worth the risk.

On the other side of the coin, if you like what you see and can't afford to lose any ground, locking is always safe.
