we've moved to 100-14, this is not enough movement yet to cause changes.  The rest of the days data will probably effect the momentum as well.  But unless you're planning on bond-friendly data in the rest of today's reports, and if you have the ability, locking now is not an unwise call, though it still is a bit soon considering all the other data coming out today.
