With Stocks booming, MBS is under some pressure.  We've dropped from 100-10 to 100-04 which is 8 ticks improved on the day.

If lenders either priced late this morning or gave you a mid-day improvement, they may be repricing an eighth for the worse.  If you are short term locker, now might be good.
