Paulson= confident about Fannie and Freddie working through this time

Bernanke's focus is on higher regulation and explicit oversight authority by the Fed over the financial sector.

The full text has been released which we should have soon.  So far treasuries have rallied a bit and MBS have held steady.  More to follow.
