Nice trend channel upwards today.  MBS remain unphased by a hundred point gain in the dow.  Spreads are widening out a bit, but we're still getting more buyers than sellers.

We'll be installing a swim-up bar as we anticipate extended stays floating in the pool.  (wouldn't want you to over-exert yourselves getting to happy hour).
