Although anything over 100-12 leaves us in the long term horizontal range, albeit on the low-side, any time we cross the lows of the day, reprices are probable.  So don't be surprised to see them now as prices have continued to push lower after pausing at 100-18.  This brings the 4.5 closer to unchanged on the day.  The caveats are the light volume and the technical levels that appear to be informing both tsy's and MBS to a greater extent than any economic data.
